Our mission is to move you quickly and decently.  No high-pressure sales tactics.  We are here competing with the local moving companies for your move and just LOVE IT when you call us after having all the bids and hearing all the sales and we come in and rock your move and save you hundreds AND OFTEN TIMES THOUSANDS of dollars.  NO HEAVY LIFTING FEES!  NO PORT-TO-PORT UNFAIR BILLING PRACTICES! (Moves OVER HALF AN HOUR AWAY, We ASK THAT YOU PAY FOR TRAVEL.) YOU DON'T NEED TO RENT A TRUCK FOR US!   We own our Trucks!  A 14-foot, 22-foot, 24-foot and a 26-foot truck all well maintained vehicles and all equipped with everything needed to move you as efficiently as possible with little to no damages.

The billing clock starts once your crew and truck has arrived and begins a walk through with you up until the last piece is unloaded into your new home.  (NOT PORT TO PORT WHICH IS A COMMON UNFAIR BILLING PRACTICE IN THIS INDUSTRY!)  Our policy is that we do not take breaks during your move.  The only time a phone will be out is to confirm the starting and stopping of times.  We are careful and pack the truck correctly with little to no damage. 

 

The better prepared you are the quicker the move is able to be.  Save time by shrink wrapping your furniture before we come if you are able to do so.  Have your boxes labeled. Use color post it's or tape to distinguish between storage, house itemS, AND DONATIONS. HAVE ROOMS LABELED AND SIGNS WHERE DRESSERS AND BEDS ARE PLACED. Schedule early.  Consider multiple trucks to avoid trips or to send crews to multiple locations.

 

Depending on the details of the move we may ask for a fuel surcharge. our trucks get about 8 miles to the gallon.  No surcharge will be added to the final bill unless we have agreed on the details prior to the arrangement.

 

Cash upon completion is our preferred method of payment.  We also accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or Check made payable to FasTrac Moving.

Trades considered!  We need an enclosed trailer 12' OR LONGER, SMALL DUMP TRUCK, or RUNNING box truck. Also Moving carts, pads, and tools of any kind are always valued. wILL CONSIDER GOOD RUNNING CARS.
